There are Affidavit of Memorandum for Purchase and Sale which is signed before the notary public for the state and in this Affidavit of Memorandum for Purchase and Sale the notary public informs that the person in question appeared before him or her was sworn in and deposed that the purchase and sale of the property was agreed upon by both parties and the closing of the purchase as well as the sale is to take place on a certain date which is mentioned or it is to take place when the title or building permit issues or flood insurance has been resolved.

It also mentions that the purchase and sale agreement needs to be obtained and this will happen upon contacting a certain individual whose details including the address and phone number is mentioned as well.

This states that all this has been deposed of and it has been sworn. The notary public then puts his seal on the document and states his details including when the commission expires. He then states that this has been done for the name of the state and the county which is expressedly mentioned.

After the Affidavit of Memorandum for Purchase and Sale has been recorded it is then returned to the individual or the representative of the individual or the company that represents the individual and their details including their address and phone number is mentioned as well. This is a legal and binding document which holds good in any court of law.
