Hawaii warranty deed

As per the Hawaii warranty deed it is stated that the grantor whose name and address is mentioned, in consideration for a certain sum which is paid to him by the grantees, whose similar address and name is mentioned in the state of Hawaii, will grant a receipt and convey to the grantees the rights of survivorship as tenants. These rights are given in entirety to the grantees along with their heirs as well as the people they assign and the assigns of their survivors.

However, as part of this agreement, there are certain conditions. They have the land and improvements as well as the privileges and the appurtenances however, they need to fulfill certain conditions which the grantor can   insert in the agreement including the provision for the realty taxes being prorated or whatever other clauses he or she wants to insert in.

The agreement also states that in exchange for the consideration received by the grantees to the grantor, the wife of the grantor quits whatever claims she has or releases them to the grantees as tenants. This is in regard to her rights, interest in and title of the premises. This is in regards to the community property, elective share or any other such details.

The agreement is signed in the presence of witnesses by the grantor as well as his wife. This document is legal and binding on him as well as his wife and thus her signature is needed as well to this document.
