  • Living trust grantor to trust on living grantee.
  • Individual grantor and in between grantee, etc.

These are some different kinds of warrantee that Alabama has. There are certain provisions for this warrantee. They are as follows:

  • Consideration amount.
  • Identification of both the parties.
  • Country or place of the property and its legal description.
  • Signatures.
  • Acknowledgement of notary.
