The Adjoining Landowners’ Encroachment is an agreement that is entered into by two parties and this is a legal document which holds good not only during when it is signed by the parties or during the lifetime of the parties that sign the document but it holds good even for the heirs as well as the representatives and all that follow for all eternity.
The reason why this document or Adjoining Landowners’ Encroachment is signed is that it states that there are two parties and the details of the parties as well as their properties are mentioned. It also states that the owner of the property of the first part has a building that infringes on the property of the owner of the adjoining property. The details of the infringement are also mentioned as well as the details of how the infringement occurs is mentioned in the agreement as well.
It is states that the second owner or the person that owns the property which adjoins the first property relinquishes the rights that he has towards the property which has resulted due to the infringement which is caused on his property due to the building of the first owner’s property.
As per the Adjoining Landowners’ Encroachment the adjoining property owner agrees that he has let his property be infringed and that he has given up the rights in all perpetuity. It is only when the infringement stops or when the structure which has caused the infringement stops, that is when the agreement will not be in effect anymore.
